that the base is fixed in the machine and that way the shaft won’t move anymore and the
belt is going to be tensioned

So here, right in the middle there, you see that bolt down there, that bolt there is what tensions
the belt, it kind of drives the whole base against the blockers and that’s how you get
pressure on the belt

So we tight that bolt first
